MOSCOW BUSINESS SQUARE (4th EDITION)
In June 2013, Moscow Business Square - the business platform of the Moscow International Film Festival will again open its doors to filmmakers from around the world. More than 500 film industry professionals will be invited to join MOSCOW BUSINESS SQUARE 2013.
The main event of Moscow Business Square will become one of the largest co-production market in CIS, Baltic Countries and Georgia - Moscow Co-production Forum. For the 5th time local and international producers will present their new film projects, aimed at co-production. The best project will receive the special prize.
The traditional focus of Moscow Business Square will be on the development of cooperation in co-production and distribution of films with CIS countries (Russia, Belarus, Ukraine, Moldova, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Turkmenistan, Tajikistan, Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan), the Baltic (Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania) and Georgia, as well as increasing the access of the companies from these countries to the international film market.
At Moscow Business Square platform will be also organized a special working area, where different countries will have the opportunity to represent their film institutions, production facilities, distribution and production companies and public film financing funds.
The business program of Moscow Business Square 2013 will have a special focus on the film industry of China and South Korea. The program will include round tables, presentations and case studies.
